Why Spotify doesn't work in Russia
Spotify left Russia in April 2022: you can't sign up from a Russian IP address, Russian cards are declined, and old Russian subscriptions were moved to the free plan.
With KRLINK you have a European IP address, so you can create an account in another country and listen for free. Spotify periodically checks that you're in your account's country — with the VPN on, that check passes. Premium needs a payment method from the account's country: that's Spotify's rule, and a VPN doesn't change it.

Frequently asked questions
Does Spotify work in Russia?
No. Since April 2022 Spotify hasn't worked in Russia: you can't sign up from a Russian IP address and Russian cards are declined. With a VPN the service opens like it does in Europe.
How do I sign up for Spotify from Russia?
Turn on the VPN with a European location and create an account at spotify.com using an email that wasn't linked to a Russian Spotify account. The account's country will be the server's country.
Can I pay for Premium?
Spotify only accepts payment methods from the account's country — for example, a card or gift card from that country. A VPN gives you access but doesn't replace payment.
Do I need to keep the VPN on?
For the free plan, yes, at least from time to time: Spotify checks that you're in the account's country. With Russia Bypass profiles you can leave the VPN on all day.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. New users get 3 days and 30 GB of traffic free, once. Just sign up at kr-link.net and press one button in your account. After that it's 250 ₽ a month or 650 ₽ for 3 months, with unlimited traffic.
