Get and import the URL

Install Happ from an official source for your system. Avoid third-party QR generators and URL shorteners for private subscription data.

  1. Sign in to your own KRLINK account and check that access is active.
  2. Copy the complete personal connection URL without extra spaces or labels.
  3. Use the URL import method available in your Happ version and inspect the imported profiles before connecting.

Refresh and diagnose

A subscription refresh retrieves the current list. Reimporting without checking can create duplicates; action names vary by Happ version.

  1. Check internet connectivity and access validity in your account.
  2. Refresh the existing subscription using the app's available action, then select a profile again.
  3. If it still fails, record the error, operating system and Happ version. Hide the URL, QR code and identifiers in screenshots.

Keep credentials private

A subscription QR code also contains credentials. Keep it out of reviews, videos and group chats. Importing onto someone else's device can give that device access to your subscription.

Ask support to replace credentials if exposure is suspected; do not include a live URL in a public support request.

Which link should you import?

A single key describes one connection; a subscription lets a client retrieve a provider's profile list. Accepted formats and import methods depend on the app version.

Treat your personal subscription URL like a password. Shared keys posted in comments may also be used by strangers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a public Happ key here?

This page does not publish keys. Use the personal connection URL in your KRLINK account.

Why is my imported list empty?

Check access validity, the complete URL and whether a refresh can reach the subscription. An account page URL is not a subscription URL.

What if I posted the URL?

Remove the post and ask support to revoke or replace the credentials. Deleting the message alone may not be sufficient.

What are the price and WL allowances?

KRLINK costs RUB 250 for 1 month or RUB 650 for 3 months, with a 3-day trial and up to 5 devices. The WL allowance is 15 GB on a paid plan and 3 GB during the trial. Extra WL packs: 5 GB for RUB 59, 15 GB for RUB 149, or 30 GB for RUB 269. The WL allowance is separate from ordinary traffic; check the remaining allowance in your account.
