Rules · DNS · route checksRussia Bypass: routing based on rules

Russia Bypass is a KRLINK routing profile name, not a separate protocol. It is intended to handle traffic selectively; its current rules determine actual behaviour.

Setup and troubleshooting

A KRLINK guide · Updated 5 November 2026

Before enabling the profile

Happ documents routing rules and configuration importing. Obtain the current KRLINK rule set with your own subscription rather than copying an unrelated public configuration.

  1. Refresh your subscription and select the intended Russia Bypass profile.
  2. Check that the expected rules are active instead of an older custom configuration.
  3. Record the initial behaviour of the sites you want to compare.

Verify the result

Domain and network-address rules can match different conditions. Happ and sing-box syntax should not be treated as interchangeable; formats and features depend on implementation and version.

  1. Test an ordinary site and a site requiring a specific rule.
  2. If the client displays a matched rule or outbound route, compare it with your expectation. Hide addresses and credentials before sharing logs.
  3. Change one parameter at a time and restore the original setting if results worsen.

When one site fails

An outdated rule, DNS handling, service outage or account check can cause a site-specific error. One failure does not establish a subscription-wide outage.

  1. Check whether the issue also occurs on a normal permitted connection without that profile.
  2. Refresh rules and retest after reconnecting the client.
  3. Send support the affected domain, error time and client version without publishing configurations or personal URLs.

A profile name does not verify its rules

Routing selects an action for a connection according to rules. DNS handling and rule evaluation order can affect which destination matches a route.

Do not assume that Russia Bypass means direct access. Check the current configuration for the actual action. Infrastructure addresses and locations are not published here.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace VLESS?

No. A protocol defines a connection; routing chooses an action for traffic. They are different configuration layers.

Does Russia Bypass guarantee banking access?

No. Services can apply their own checks, while results depend on the client, network and current rules.

Should I disable all DNS to fix a site?

That is not a general fix. First check name resolution and how DNS agrees with the active routing rules.

What are the price and WL allowances?

KRLINK costs RUB 250 for 1 month or RUB 650 for 3 months, with a 3-day trial and up to 5 devices. The WL allowance is 15 GB on a paid plan and 3 GB during the trial. Extra WL packs: 5 GB for RUB 59, 15 GB for RUB 149, or 30 GB for RUB 269. The WL allowance is separate from ordinary traffic; check the remaining allowance in your account.
